The IDEAS Programme is financed by the World Bank, guaranteed by the Federal Government of Nigeria under the Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) Project and implemented by the Federal Ministry of Education through the National Board for Technical Education in partnership with Dynatech Solutions System Limited and Pen Resource Academy as Consortium Partners

Objectives of the Programme

Objective 1

Improve the quality and relevance of skills development programs.

Objective 2

Increase access to skills development opportunities for vulnerable groups.

Objective 3

Foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the skills development sector.

Objective 4

To enhance the capacity of the Nigerian skills development system to produce relevant skills for the formal and informal sectors.
